At Artisan Bakehouse, our journey began with Jason Scott's first loaf of bread, igniting a passion that transformed our small Wigram bakery into a nationally recognised brand. From his early days as an apprentice baker at New World Timaru to becoming a successful artisan baker supplying supermarkets and restaurants across New Zealand and beyond, Jason’s love for traditional, quality baking is at the heart of everything we do.

Proudly 100% Kiwi owned, we are committed to using locally sourced Canterbury grain and preserving the integrity of our traditional methods.
